Module 1 - Commercial Agenda - (1 day):
- Attend trade shows with a full contacts agenda.
- Systematically exploit and follow up on trade shows contacts.
Module 2 - Networking Strategy - (2 days):
- Generate professional network and soft selling in conferences.
- Build a suitable brand image with limited resources.
- Generate credentials validating your project.
Module 3 - Trade Show Kit - (2 days):
- Attract the attention of trade show attendees.
- Present your technology with maximum impact.
Module 4 - Basic Commercial Tools - (3 days):
- Effective pitch deck.
- Script to obtain business info from your booth visitors.
- Train your non-sales team to perform sales-related tasks.
Module 5 - Gathering Client & Competitor Information - (2 days):
- Validate project with potential client and competitor info.
- Train non-sales team to perform sales-related tasks.
